Warranty periods
- Original parts: 3 months.
- Compatible and Premium (aftermarket) parts: 1 month.
- Batteries: 6 months for original batteries, 3 months for compatible batteries.
- Other repairs: the warranty depends on the repair and the part used.
The exact warranty period is written on your job card before you pay. Your warranty starts on the day your phone is delivered back to you.
What the warranty does not cover
- Physical damage after the repair.
- A cracked or broken screen or back panel.
- Water or liquid damage.
- Damage caused by misuse, drops or accidents.
- The device being opened or repaired by another technician or shop.
- Software modifications or unauthorised tampering.
- Issues not related to the part we repaired or replaced.
How to claim
Bring your phone to our shop or message us on WhatsApp with your Job ID. You can also check your warranty on the Check warranty page using your phone number and Job ID.
