Is the diagnosis really free?
Yes. Checking your phone is free — at our shop or during a doorstep visit. You only pay if you approve a repair.
When do I pay?
Only after the repair is done and you have checked that your phone works. We accept cash, UPI and cards.
Do you come to my home or office?
Yes — within about 20 km of Padmarao Nagar, 10 AM – 8 PM. Screen, battery, tempered glass and similar repairs are done at your doorstep. Complex repairs like motherboard or water damage are done at our shop, and we can pick up and drop your phone.
How long does a repair take?
Most screen and battery repairs take 30–45 minutes when the part is in stock. Board-level and water-damage repairs take longer — we tell you the time before we start.
What is the difference between Compatible, Premium and Original?
Compatible is a good-quality aftermarket part and the best value — many phones also have a Universal grade (lowest price) and a Compatible HD grade (sharper picture). Premium is an OLED part with near-original colours and brightness, also available pre-fitted on a new frame for some phones. Original is a genuine-grade part, where available, and gets the longest warranty. You choose — and we confirm the price and warranty before we start.
What warranty do I get?
Original parts: 3 months. Compatible and Premium parts: 1 month. Batteries: 6 months for original, 3 months for compatible. The exact warranty is written on your job card before you pay.
