Is the diagnosis really free?
Yes. Checking your phone is free — at our shop or during a doorstep visit. You only pay if you approve a repair.
When do I pay?
Only after the repair is done and you have checked that your phone works. We accept cash, UPI and cards.
Do you come to my home or office?
Yes — within about 20 km of Padmarao Nagar, 10 AM – 8 PM. Screen, battery, tempered glass and similar repairs are done at your doorstep. Complex repairs like motherboard or water damage are done at our shop, and we can pick up and drop your phone.
Can I get a same-day repair?
Usually, yes. Book a doorstep repair before 6 PM for same-day service, depending on technician and part availability.
