We do not ask for passwords, OTPs or banking details.

• To confirm and carry out your repair.
• To contact you by phone or WhatsApp about your booking and repair status.
• To provide warranty support.
• To keep records required by law, such as tax invoices.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run Phone Revive (for example website hosting and messaging), and when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as it is needed to provide the service and warranty, and as required by law.
