Cancelling a doorstep booking
- Before the technician is dispatched: no charge.
- After the technician has been dispatched: a visit / call-out charge may apply, depending on the situation.

If a repair can't be completed
If the repair cannot be completed, or the required part is not available, you are not charged for a repair that was not carried out.
You normally pay only after the repair is completed. If any advance payment was taken, it is refunded through the same payment method.
